Answer: Alcohol consumption is one of the major cause of liver as well as lungs diseases. Excessive consumption of alcohol causes addiction and this lead to spoil living standard. There can be holistic approach that can be performed to eliminate the addiction of alcohol.

The holistic methods such as acupuncture, herbal therapy, nutrition, meditation, physical activities and exercise etc. are the approaches that not only provide peace to mind and soul but also reduces the level of addiction.

One of the holistic methods that can be used to provide mind, body and spirit peace and eliminate the addiction is the meditation. Meditation is one of the factors which can reduce the addiction. Meditation lead body and mind to be stress free, on regular basis of performing meditation, the alcohol addiction can be reduce. Because most of the people consumes alcohol to relieve their stress. Meditation relaxes mind and provide peace to the brain and body. It enhances the mental health.
