Conflict is inevitable part of life. Conflict can happen anywhere where we find interacting ourselves with others.it can be our work place , home, school, social gatherings etc.
Conflict can be defines as something which pertains to opposing ideas and action of different entities, thus resulting in antagonisticS state.
