Think about a television program you have watched recently. What conflicts arise and how were they resolved. Make a note describe each conflict, identifying what makes the situation an interpersonal conflict. Is the conflict resolved if so how?

Recently, I have watched a television program Black-ish which is based on an upper-middle-class African American family issue. The show revolved around various conflicts, family issues and socio-political debacles.

The shoe has addressed various socio-political and racial issues that ended in social conflicts. The racial strife among African-American families has been shown in this TV program. Racial conflict is one of the significant problems in the middle-class societies of America. Racial strife, gender-based conflict, and social conflicts have arisen, which ended in a satirical conclusion. It has shown the behavioral discrimination for a particular community, gender, and social class. Behavioral bias has created an ethical conflict by identifying social issues.  

The racial conflict was resolved with a message of expanding social diversity. The gender-based dispute was resolved by showing that the LGBT communities enjoying equal rights in society. The social strife showed the brutality of the police force, which was determined by showing the ethical duty of the police force.

• Racial conflict: racial conflict showed social inequality in the USA. Moreover, it has depicted discrimination between white culture and black culture, which ended it in interpersonal social strife.

• Gender-based conflict: Inappropriate behavior with the LGBT community has been shown in the 22nd episode of this program. The struggle of Rhonda, a lesbian, has been demonstrated as an interpersonal issue for the LGBT community.

• Social conflict: The brutality of police administration has been shown as a social conflict. The unethical gesture of administration has been demonstrated through police brutality, which is an interpersonal issue of society.

Yes, the conflicts were resolved in this television program in a satirical way. However, they had no similarity with reality. The director was intended to provide a happy-ending instead of conveying any social message to resolve the interpersonal issues.
