Answer: The nano biotechnology is mainly consist of physics, chemistry and biology at the nano scale. These technologies helps to have a more enhanced living standards. The nano biotechnology provides the proper diagnosis of the diseases, improved medicines. It also enables the healthcare professionals to deliver target specific drugs and hence it provides more imrpoved version of the treatment. So, the U.S citizens should have access to Nano biotechnology. As far as it is being used for the betterment and improvement of the citizens, it doesn't raise any ethical consideration. But ethical dilemmas occurs when things are being misused.
