Leadership qualities includes effective communication, critical thinking skills etc. The leader inspires team members and people to work positively. The emotional intelligence involves as the leader being self aware of his ability, weakness, strength. Leader knows how to face the failure and work positively on it. Leaders know how to overcome the situation as well as how to have empathy and work with the team members.
The leader or the person having high degree of self awareness knows the short coming and work to improve it. He leads the team with enthusiasm and manage the team members to work on it. Person have positive attitude towards the target or the goal achievement.
