TACTICS A BRAND CAN USE TO BUILD AN 'EMOTIONAL RELATIONSHIP' WITH ITS CUSTOMERS

  • Have a personal approach:- They should be aware of the current consumer trend and should behave as per that. How can we build an emotional relationship if we aren't aware of deeds that they expect from us?
  • Consider the experience:- A brand can build a cluster of loyal consumers by providing things as they expect. Thus, if the experience they gain from that particular brand is satisfactory, they would be loyal for a lifetime.
  • A robust social media existence:- Like the saying " Rome wasn't built in a day", a robust social media existence is generated by constant effort. It is through this media, masses may get in connection with the updates.
  • Effective interaction with customers:- This would create a notion that the entity is keen and well aware of the needs of customers. Moreover, it helps to know the desire of the customer community.
  • Be Genuine:- The brand shouldn't be imitating others. They should have their creativity and innovation. It should provide authenticityto its customers.
  • Keep your pledge:- If you have made any promise to customers, you should keep your word. This would help the brand to have an emotionally attached community.
  • Provide comforts:- If the brand is capable enough to provide comfort and order, the emotional relationship of customers is guaranteed.
