A Wetland : as wetland is generally prefer for anaerobic fermentation then there is oxygen gas should be monitored that is inhibit oxygen to get into medium that would cause the final product change or false result. Also water level monitored.

A winery : winery is production of wines that sour in test if contamination occur then change in test also occur hence contamination should strictly monitored. As it is long time process various gases such as oxygen,nitrogen monitored regularly. pH level monitored also water level monitored.
