By using the artist’s intention as a basis for appreciation and criticism of works of art restricts our thought process and does not allow us to put on our thinking caps to go out of the box in decision making. It never allows us to make our own judgments about the art and imprint it in the words that the artist wants. It allows our judgments to be biased and driven by other people’s opinions.This will not allow the justice be done in the work of art.
