Answer: c.Calibration. It is a process whereby managers meet to discuss the performance of individual employees to ensure their employee reviews are in line with each another. This is a process which provides a fair platform to all employees in performance appraisals. This applies similar standards and review to all the employees.

Answer:a. raters must undergo some training before using this system. 360 degree evaluation is a great process to get evaluated on the basis of performance from colleagues,supervisors, managers, clients,subordinates and self assessment by the employee itself. But for providing a genuine, focused, dedicated feedback, one has to be well trained in giving and receiving the feedback so as to avoid conflicts among team. This feedback needs precision,training,instruction and practice to improve one's performance as an individual.
