i. In 2014, there were 1.4 million people in pennsylvania living with diabetes and about 3.5 million pennsylvainans around 35.8 percentage of prediabetes.

ii. Nearly 1,000 pennsylvanians resident were hospitalized in pennsylvania wherein diabetes was either primary or secondary diagnosis.

iii. A total 3,804 pennsylvanians more than eight per day died from diabetes in 2013
