Myth of Meritocracy says that your hard work is alone sufficient for the soical mobiltiy. Your social status or social class doenot lead to social mobliltiy . It depends only on the hardwork you do.

Accoridng to above explanation the correct answer Men and women have equal chances of success in life as the gender inewulisty does not count here . If women work hard they can get success qualt ot men .
