at resonance

2pi f0L = 1/2pif0C

f0^2 = 1/(4pi^2LC)

f0=1/(2pi*sqrt(LC)) = 1/2pi *1/sqrt(8.1*10^-3*1.9x10^-6) = 1398Hz
