The organizational identity ask the question that who are they as an organization?. In other word organizational identity is made from two words Purpose + Philosophy. They both are organizational identity.
If there is a change in both the term the whole organization will change and they will like different organization, and the employees will need to alter as per the change.

As because of their sentiments they have changed their product. Because of this ban the employees will be happy to serve. There will not be any feeling of wrong deeds and this will form a positive organizational culture.
