Allopolypoidly can be defined as an organism that has two haploid sets of chromosomes that are not the same and are from two different species. A hybrid species are created which express according to the man-made desires. For example, making the plant pest resistance or increasing yield. In a hybrid species, it contains a different set of chromosomes from two different organisms, a translocation causes a break of one part of the chromosome and attaches to others. This rearrangement causes the hybrid species to lose its integrity and they become sterile. Similarly, inversion is a mutation in which part of a chromosome is inverted and then joined end to end. With this also hybrid loses its property and become sterile. As they may not able to survive this situation as they already have manipulated the system and if it alters they lose their property.
