1) The above graph depicts the protein synthesis in 3 in vitro tubes where there is no antibiotics in tube A and Tube B and C has antibiotics B and C respectively.

From the above graph we can see that in Tube A the protein synthesis pass through all its intermediary steps to produce the final protein compound thus consuming a large time to complete the whole process.In Tube B,from the graph its seen that the addition of antibiotic B,has accelerated the protein synthesis process thereby reducing the time of intermediary steps.In Tube C,the addition of Antibiotics C has resulted in the instant creation of final protein compound thus completely eliminating the intermediary steps that happend inTube A and B.

2) In The above process he intermediary steps are called the Step of translation.By addition of Antibiotic B this step of translation gets affected and antibiotic B act as an inhibitor at this stage.In this particular stage peptide bonds are formed by ribosomal subunits.The Antibiotic B functions by binding to this ribosomal sub units and thereby inhibiting the peptide formation thus reducing the intermediary steps and helps in formation of new proteins much faster.
