We will use ideal gas equation to solve this problem

According to it, PV = nRT

Or we can say that

for same moles of gas

PV/T = Constant

P= pressure of gas (Torr)

V = volume of gas (L)

n = Number of moles

R = Gas constant ,62.363 L Torr K-1 mole-1

T = Temperature in Kelvin

so we can say that

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

P1 = 409 Torr

V1 = 6.18 L

T1 = 660C = 339 K

P2 = ?

V2 = 7.43L

T2 = 12 C = 285K

409 X 6.18 / 339 = P2 X 7.43 / 285

P2 = Final pressure = 286 Torr
