Clinical research as profession is dynamic and Agile and is constantly challenging and has great learning curve because of innovation.
Started career as backend research analyst and grown to manager amd senior management position.
Challenges like office politics, Bureaucracy, micromanagement, team resistance and lack kf growth opportunities were some challenge faced.
Drug development process starts with evaluation studies, clinical research, trials and testing, FDA approval, post approval testing, commercialization.
Most challenging step is the FDA approval as it goes through stringently based criterias and paramaters before getting nod.
