You have an unresponsive website running on IIS, when other websites on the same server are responding normally. How did you troubleshoot the unresponsive site? How did you determine the process used by the unresponsive website?

Hi,

I have experience of 10 years with Microsoft web technologies.

As per my understanding, Please follow the below steps:

1. Check default document of application, If your page not listed on default document, Please add.

2. Check IIS Application Pool, Go to application => Basic Settings => Check Application Pool Name => Go to application pool => Check it's running or not

3. Check Application pool .net framework

4. Right Click on Application folder => Edit Permission => Go to Security Tab => Click Edit => Click on Add Button => Type EveryOne => Click Check Names => ok => Give Full Permission => Click Apply => OK

Restart the application pool
