Dna A protein (have ATPase activity) bind to origin of replication and melt it.

Dna B helicase (hexameric; a type of topoisomerase II) helicase unwinds the helix while proceeding in 5’?3’ direction along the lagging strand.

DNA gyrase (type II topoisomerase) removes the torsional strain produced during helix unwinding.

DNA primase or simply primase, (a DNA dependent RNA polymerase) bind to both single strands and synthesizes a short length RNA oligonucleotide (RNA primer) onto each strand in 5’?3’ direction.

DNA polymerase III: Synthesizes most of DNA during replication.

DNA Pol I: Involved in nick translation.

DNA ligase: Joins two adjacent DNA fragments on lagging strand.

RNaseH: Removes RNA primer.
