Answer #1

DNA Polymerase: DNA polymerase catalyses the synthesis of DNA , it synthesizes a new strand of DNA on a DNA template. There are five different types of DNA polymerase I, Ii, Iii, IV, V.

DNA polymerase III are primarily involved in replication. It has four components I. e. Catalytic core, Dimerisation component, processivity component, clamp holder.

Primase: The enzyme primase synthesizes short RNA primers (<15 nucleotides) to prime DNA elongation.

SSB's : The SSB protein binds to the single strands to prevent subsequent reannealing.

DNA ligase : The joining of Okazaki fragments is done by enzyme ligase by catalysing the ends of the two DNA chains.

DNA Helicase : It opens up the DNA duplex at the replication fork to provide a single stranded template.

DNA gyrase: DNA gyrase removes the positive supercoils from the DNA during unwinding and introduce negative supercoils into the DNA.

DNA Helicase : it opens up the replication fork to provide a single stranded template
