Palforzia is a new treatment for accidental consumtion of people with peanut allergies. Palforzia is a oral immunotherapy. In a Biochemistry sense, how does Palforzia function in your body in terms of enzymes or receptors, or macromolecules or metabolic processes?

Palforzia is powder of peanut given to child to avoid any immunological response against peanut.

So the concept it to expose the child body with mild form of peanut on routine basis so that body recognise as peanut ingredients as self and will not generate any immunological response in long term.

Migh be palforzia occupy all the enzyme or receptor so that at any particular time when high dose of peanut reached to body there is no free or unbound enzyme present which can actually bind with high conc of peanut so no enzymatic reaction produced and hence no response.

Similar with case of receptors too that most of receptor occupied with low conc of peanut so when high conc reached to body no free receptor present so no signaling pathway get switch on.
