Trans fat grams=0 gram
Now comes to point, I don't think this food is healthy choice with respect to type and amount of fat present in it.
The DRI(dietry reference intake) of fat in adult is 20%to 30% of total fats in calories. (About 45-75gm of fat per day if 2000calories of food taken per day.
The healthier food containing enough amount of fat can be avocado. Avocado are mainly known for high fat content.
