7) woman`s father is affected but her mother is not affected that is her mother is homozygous recessive, let the alleles be D-disease causing dominant allele, d-normal recessive allele that is dd so she gives d allele to her daughter, so the woman is Dd, since she is affected she is heterozygous with one dominant allele, her paternal grandmother is not affected so she has to be dd so her paternal grandfather has to be affected, for her father to be affected.
