In such a situation , i would tell the stake holders that the initiative taken by talent management stands important for the organisation as it helps to perform various functions which could be in the favour of the company either today or in future.

Some of the important functions that a talent management can perform by taking initiative are :-

1) This would build my future managers ,ie. if employees take initiative this would bring the leadership and good management characteristics in them which could be of the use of the organisation.

2)This would prevent any unseen obstacles , that could have been ignored by the higher level management

3)This would motivate the employees to work for the organisation.

4)This would create could working relations between all management levels and lines.

5)This would create competition amongst employees which could benefit the organisation.

6)This would help in bringing better results for the organisation.
