Since the protein is a heterohexamer so we can conclude that the two subunits are quiet different. They will have different weights.

Now from the above options,OPTION B which says that 3 subunit have 10kD as weight and 3 have 30kD is the correct answer.Here the 2 different subunits have different weight.Also they add about to produce a protein of 120kD

That is 3 Times 10 plus 3 times 30 is 120kD
