Answer- The ARV stands for antiretroviral drugs. In current situation like COVID-19 epidemic the lockdown process brings down the economic conditions of various poor countries. There are some countries that are not in a condition to pay for the ARV but the population of those countries are also facing the epidemic so to stop these type of epidemic it is necessary that the wealthy countries, foundations and NGOs come in front to pay for the ARV. That is the only method to protect the world from the retrovirus epidemic.
