The absorbance is not same for protein (bsa) curve per unit mass.

explanation- The absorbance of bsa i.e. bovine serum albumin shows at 550 nm.

As the mass per unit BSA increases,the absorbance also increases.

because the concentration of protein i.e. bsa increases.

When we plot the curve of absorbance versus concentration of BSA we get a straight line .
