Micheal Walzer is the American Political economist and professor propagates the ideology of the social welfare. According to Walzar, the distribution of income should be a guaranteed with high base income and equally distributed to all set of people amidst the situation of poor economic background based on their origin. But He is very clear on this objective of equal distribution of the base income should not affect by the ineffective policies of the Government. Such ineffective policies are mostly influenced badly by the political parties and their bureaucratic power.
And also Micheal Walzer pointed out that the distribution of goods and services should also handled by the optimum allocation factors.
