How do I complain about a verizon representative that I called to make payment plan on my bill. He was not able to offer me a payment plan told me to call on Monday to speak to financial services. While on the phone, he shared a better contract that would save me some money. I told him no, and at the time trying to make payment arrangement not extend addition contract. I hung up on the gentleman. Later, I found the arrangements of my new contract that I did not authorize. I wonder how many other customers he did this to. How do I write a complaint about this disservice. How?

Please follow step by step approach to file a complaint against Verizon representative

1. Jot down in bullet or list format on paper the reason or reasons for your complaint with Verizon’s services, including the date of the problems, the persons you interacted with, the equipment or technology involved, how you were treated and what you feel would be the best solution. If you’re more comfortable, you may just want to use a word processor to make this list.

2. Open a word processing document and craft the complaint letter. Be sure to put your contact information, including your email address, business customer number and phone number at the top.

Inform Verizon of the problems you encountered, putting together all of the bullet points you sketched out above. To help you keep track that you’ve included everything you need, erase them from your word processor list or draw a line through them on the paper list as you add them to the letter.

4. Open a Web browser and navigate to Verizon’s contact page (see Resources).

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Contact Us.”

6. Click the “Mailing address” link under the More Contact Options section. If prompted, type your business zip code and click “OK.”

7. Check the two correspondence addresses for the one that suits your business – several cities are addressed by a complaint center in Idaho while the rest of the country is serviced by a center in Florida.

8. Add the address to the top of your typed correspondence and print it out. Address your envelope, add postage and mail the complaint.
