1. It meets the need for acknowledgement of the need for the individual's hierarchy.
2. This gives the employee an implicit benefit.
3. It motivates poeple to realize that they advance daily.
4. This motivates workers to succeed.
5. If employees are rewarded for their little effort to achieve success, they feel highly motivated to work much harder to improve.
6. Feedback on how an individual performs and succeeds towards the target will give him new energy that will increase motivation.
