Please describe 2 types of physical and 2 types of chemical control of microbes, providing an example of each.
Control of microbes :-- As we know that how bacterial world can be beneficial as well as nuisance elements for us.
Most famous physical type of control of mibrkbes are :--
1. Temperature :-- When we are diseases then suggestion given us that just drink boiled water.
Boiling temperature will destroy the bacterial cells with 95% effecient way. Boiling water like activity has daily application in human life.
2. Dessication :-- Dessication means Drying , if we are drying something and no water is there it means no bacterium is there. Water supports life. If water absent means pause in growth and life. Bacteria will not show growth in absence of water. Dessication is the way of control.
Chemical control :--
1. Antibiotics :-- These are the bacteria killers. They kill bacteria. Ex. Penicillin, Amoxicillin etc. Penicillin destroy the cell wall of bacteria.
2. Disinfectants :-- They are used to microbes from inanimate objects like any metal surfaces at home, to clean floor just added to the water to which it is to be cleaned.
Examples are Phenols, bleach, chlorine compunds , quartnary amonium salts.
Note :-- UV rays is non chemical disinfectant.

Describe the three major types of cellular organization in eukaryotic microbes.
List and describe chemical agents used in control of Explain three ways how pathogenic microbes cause diseases in their hosts. What are the main stages in the course of infection and disease? Explain the main events and characteristics for each of these stages. Explain the role of reservoirs and vectors in maintenance and spreading of infectious agents. What is the difference between mechanical and biological vectors? What are carriers? Explain endemic and sporadic diseases. What are epidemic and pandemic diseases?...
#3) Describe the difference between chemical and physical properties and changes of matter? How do these physical and chemical properties relate to intrinsic and extrinsic properties? How are these properties related to the different states of matter? Lastly, how might one classify these different types of matter? Make sure to provide examples of each.
there are 6 different types of Control Procedures listed. Please provide an example from your own personal work experience for at least 2 of the 6 types: - General IT Controls - Computer Operations - Physical Security - Program change control - Systems development
You are a consultant for a second ELVIS mission to NPIP. Describe what physical and/or chemical treatments you would require prior to liftoff to minimize the opportunity for contamination of the ELV (the landing module of the spacecraft) and ELVIS (a new version of the robot) by Earth microbes. Hint: Keep in mind the following: ELVIS’s skin cannot withstand temperatures above 90°C; the ELV itself is approximately the size of a minivan and includes many metal parts. Use scientific terminology...
