Insulin is a harmone that act as a carrier of glucose to cell ,where glucose is used as source for further metabolism that release the energy and energy is utilised by cells . Insulin is produced when blood glucose levels are high to balance it .

Glucogan is secreated when there is less quantity of glucose in blood that triggers glycogen to be converted to glucose and maintain blood glucose level.This process is carried out by adrenalin in its absence pancreas secret glucogan .
