r1=(-2,8,-2) and

r2=(4,-2,2)

(a)Now we have to find out the resultant of the two vectors, so we just have to add the two vectors.

Resultant will be=

[(-2+4),(8-2),(-2+2)]

=(2,6,0)

And the magnitude will be,

=6.32

(b)

The angle it makes with x axis is,

=71.5650
