therefore the HR management.

Based on the specific needs of the company, whenever a position
opens up due to turnover or other factors, the HRM has the
particular responsibilities to add to the maintenance of the
company's functionality.
The process of recruitment starts with advertising for the position
the company has open. It may include direct advertisements over
social media, local newspapers, etc., or through a third party that
specializes in recruitment services.
The process then starts with a job description and analysis to
explain the specific requirement of the position and for
individuals to see if they are qualified for the post so that the
company can mainly clear out a percentage of the candidates that
would not prove useful for the position.
The process advances to group based interview, one on one meetings and some companies even conduct a pre-screening process which is based entirely over the use of technology to aid in the process of data analysis. Finally, the selected few are brought in for the final process of selection which is usually conducted by the managers, based on their experience and their understanding of the functions of the company.
The process of recruitment completes with the selection of individuals that the company can then start training.
