I aspire to become a great entrepreneur in the food industry. I introspected to identify my strengths and weaknesses.

Strengths:

• Effective Problem Solver: My problem solving skills would help me in evolving out of any problem quite effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills: My role as an entrepreneur, will require me to interact with various customers and staff. Good communication skills will help me in handling any kind of customer easily

Weaknesses:

• Time Management and Procrastination: I have a habit of procrastinating things. This is affecting the overall efficiency with which I finish a work in hand. I need to work on my time management skills.
• Emotional Quotient: I need to work on my emotional quotient. I get influenced by any emotional story shared by a customer or staff and that skews my decision.
