When we are habituated to work as an individual we get habituated to doing things in our own way which would be comfortable to us. But when we need to work as a team we need to get adjusted to other ways of getting things done and must help our team in doing them. People who always worked as an individual till then find it very difficult to adjust in the team . Hence it is difficult for them to work in teams. So every person must be taught how to work in teams and share things with others right from childhood so that they do not find it difficult when they have to work in a team . If they are made to understand the importance of teams they will get adapted to them easily and will become a good team member.
