I am interested to hear more about how Bolman and Deal suggest the implementation of the different leadership processes within an organization. Do they offer suggestions on how the different frames interact with each other in an organization?

Bolman and deal suggest that leaders should take approach from four frame i.e.

1. Structural
2. Human resource
3. Political
4. Symbolic

Yes they suggest how different frame interact with each other in an indirect way

For example -

Take HR and symbolic

They both are people oriented if an employee needs motivation they blame can goes to HR or even symbolic for not so good leadership

Structural - task oriented

HR - people's need

Political - calamities of individual and group

Symbolic - purpose and meaning

Now if there is a confusion of priorities and responsibilities they can target structural or political

If there is uncertainty and anxiety for future directions they should target symbolic and political frames

The main point is to make leader's adapt multi-frame perspective on choosing how to act
