The six main functions that a physician organization must complete so that the business can achieve its purpose are as below

  • Demonstrate Medical Expertise – the physician needs to demonstrate that he is expert in the medical field, then only people will listen to him and he can run his business adequately.
  • Effective Communications – the physician needs to be good in communication and he needs to make effective communications with the customers and related people in the work place location.
  • Collaborator – the physician needs to be a good collaborator so that he can collaborate things easily and adequately. This is very essentially needed for physician business.
  • Managing/Organizing/Administering – the physician needs to be a good manager, organizer and administrator so that he can do all this roles adequately for his business.
  • Health Advocating – the physician needs to be advocating for his business so that he can make health advocating adequately.
  • Maintains Professionalism – the Physician needs to maintain the professionalism so that he can make the things professionally and maintain professional standards.

The organization’s mission, vision, and core values play a role with achieving success as they guide the team in putting their energy and resources in the right direction and toward the objective of the organization which is in line with the vision, mission and core values. They will provide the proper direction and guidance to the employee so that they can focus accordingly. It is a good tool for referencing and guiding purpose for the business.
