There is no doubt that Social branding is quite an important tool to attract the younger generation because the young generation or rather the millennials have a sense of awareness regarding the social aspects and they prefer organizations who are socially responsible. I personally believe that the present generation possess a preference towards organizations who care for the society or rather the environment as well. I have always had a preference on Starbucks because of the social responsibility towards the environment and in order to support that they have implemented clean water campaign to provide clean drinking water to the under privileged society. Again their mission of reuse and recycling is another aspect as well and such factors have contributed towards their growth and development as an organization and created an impact on individuals like me.
