    1. Describe how knowledge about self and other serve to define the 2x2 matrix and how the two dimensions of feedback and exposure dynamically operate to define each of the four types in the model (be sure to identify/name each type).
    2. Describe how the attributes of each type influence the nature of interpersonal communication (e.g. describe the Type A interpersonal style and its implications for those who work for someone who uses this style. Same for Type B, C, D)     
    3. Explain the typical patterns of organizational communication we expect to see between subordinates, peers, and supervisors, and why the vertical patterns between subordinate and supervisor are of particular concern for organizational vitality and survival.

a) Johari Window is a technique that is used to understand and analyze one's relation and communication with others.

Excercise on this window makes a person to choose various adjectives that he thinks would suit his personality. Then the peer of that subject also choose various adjectives to describe the person/subject.

These attributes are them placed into various quadrants -

Open Quadrant - This include those adjectives which get selected by both the subject and peer. It shows the attributes which represent known to others and known to self by the subject.

Blind Spot - includes attributes that the peer selected, not by subject. It is named as blind because the subject himself does not known about these attributes of himself.

Hidden - attributes selected by subject, not by peer. These are qualities which are hidden from others.

Unknown - attributes neither peer nor subject selected but represent the behaviors and motives of the subject which were recognized by those who did not participated
