Specifically, the three marker genes are Hemoglobin beta (HBB), statherin (STATH), and transglutaminase 4 (TGM4), and, for blood, saliva, and semen, respectively.

The most reliable marker will be HBB for blood and PRM1 AND 2 for semen. slavia is most important biological stain, STATH detect a slavia.

slavia is a easy to detectable but its not observed after 6 to 7 week of dry storage and humid conditions.

TGM4 are found in a semen its show a normal sperm count and its is a marker specified for prostate and STR and TGM4 both marker of a semen is detected
