Focal adhesion proteins-

Talin: confirms the crosstalking of actine by phospholipids interaction.

Vinculin: an interacting protein which helps in the f-actin anchoring.

Capping & actin severing proteins-

Capz: in the muscle cells, it helps in capping the barbered ends.

Gelsolin: controls the length of actin filament.

Bundling and crosslinking proteins-

Filamin: forms orthogonal and it is a crosslinker.

Fascin: function is the bundling of actin filaments to the actin binding sites.

Alpha actinin: binds f-actin filaments.

Actin sequestering proteins-

Profilin: functions in the binding of actin to prevent the polymerization of actin.

Thymosin beta 4

F -actin stabilizing & regulatory proteins-

Tropomyosin: functions to make the actin networks stronger.

F -actin depolymerizing proteins-

Cofilin: functions to depolymerize the F -actin to prevent the G-actin polymerization.

Nucleating & motor proteins-

Myosin:
