  1. Flexibility in work timing – by providing flexibility in work timing to the employees, it can help to improve productivity. As female employees can visit the office during their leisure time & male employees can visit when they feel their productivity is at maximum which can help organisation also as company gets more productivity from the same employee
  2. Recognise & reward – if an employee performs good company should recognise the effort put in by the employee & reward him. Continuing on the same lines company should motivate all other employees to achieved the reward next time ceremony is conducted.
  3. Focus on communication – the goal of the organisation should be made clear & through timely communication any deviation should be communicated & the senior management also should be involved in communication with employees working at mid & lower level in the management.
  4. Training – they should be upgraded to the latest skills as their satisfaction is maintained overall & don’t leave the company
  5. Stop micro-management – senior management should not be focussed on each employee daily work but should be focussed on productivity on an overall level.
  6. Redressal/ compliance department – the employees should feel empowered & if they feel any deficiency they should be allowed to report their concerns to the appropriate authority. As employees are empowered it leads to higher satisfaction
  7. Taking input from employees – all employees across the organisation should be allowed to give their opinion about some policies which gives them a say in the decision making. A system should be developed & put in place to allow all employees to give their opinion about some policies
  8. Maintaining good health – the employees should be regularly taken care off . Company should organise regular health check ups & if possible exercise during the say as if employee is healthy the leave taken are less & adds to productivity.
