A. Three pieces of evidence supporting scientists' position that climate change is occurring in our world right now are:
1. Rise in global temperatures: Global warming has led to the rise in the average surface temperature of our planet earth by about 0.8 degree celsius since 1880s that has been figured out in research conducted by NASA.
2. Reduction in Ice sheets: The risen temeratures has resulted in loss of billion tons of ice cover at antarctic and greenland since 1990s as found in research conducted by NASA.
3. Alteration in pattern of rainfall and weather: The rise in global temperatures has affected the normal patterns of rainfall and weather conditions with occurrence of extreme weather events such as intense rainfall, droughts and heatwaves.
B. Two pieces of evidence that humans have influenced the rate of climate change in our world are:
1. Dependence on fossil fuels: Human activities in industry, transportation and farming contribute majorly to the release of green house gases, contributing directly in global warming and climate change.
2. De-forestation: Trees contribute in carbon dioxide capture and release of oxygen in the environment. Growing human population has led to an increase in the removal of trees for need of space, fuel or other purposes. This is another major cause of global warming contributing to climate change by humans.

2. Define synesthesia and describe several pieces of evidence that show that synesthesia involves genuine sensory experiences. What does it mean for the experiences to be “genuinely sensory”? 3. What is the cross-activation hypothesis? What evidence is there for it? How does it explain synesthesia? Use an example to help illustrate your account. 4. Describe in detail the connection between metaphor and synesthesia that Ramachandran hypothesizes. Your answer should cover the structure of the brain and descriptions of what the...
4. In studying climate, scientists are often concerned about positive feedback loops: two or more pro- cesses that amplify each other, creating a system of amplification that leads to a vicious cycle. One example is the interaction of water vapor with global temperature. If global temperature increases, the capacity of the atmosphere to contain evaporated water vapor also increases. If water resources are available, this would result in an increased amount of water vapor in the atmosphere. Water vapor is...

In your own words, describe the ways in which electroacoustic instruments gained their own identity apart from their acoustic ancestors. 3. Almost immediately, prerecorded music (as opposed to living concerts) began playing on the early airwaves. How do you think this affected how the world would expect music to be delivered from now on? 4.List the examples we discussed that demonstrate the changing role of...
I need new and unique answers, please. (Use your own words, don't copy and paste), Please Use your keyboard (Don't use handwriting) Thank you.. Case Study:-1 Lois Quam Founder, Tysvar, LLC After accompanying Will Steger on a trip to Norway and the Arctic Circle, Lois Quam's interest in global climate change was sparked. There she witnessed firsthand the astonishing changes in the polar ice masses and the resulting impact on wildlife. Inspired by Steger's call for action to reduce global...

Hello I just need to change the words of this paragraphs, same thing but different words thanks This article focuses on the research performed on patients which appeared to test positive for galactomannan which is a component of the cell wall of funguses which can be triggered by funguses or cell growth of species such as Candida Glabartara. Having a positive result, means that there is a presence of some fungal specimen in the patient’s body. This is interesting because...
Making a rectangle class in java write a simple class that will represent a rectangle. Later on, we will see how to do this with graphics, but for now, we will just have to use our imaginations for the visual representations ofWthe rectangles. Instance Variables Recall that an object is constructed using a class as its blueprint. So, think about an rectangle on your monitor screen. To actually draw a rectangle on your monitor screen, we need a number of...
