Answer #1

All are correct except Catalyze the formation of bonds in a sugar-phosphate backbone.

According to the central dogma in which DNA is transcribed RNA and RNA is translated to proteins. In case of translation the RNA molecule has a information obtained form DNA or to be precise gene. This information on RNA molecule is then translated to protein in which the small and large subunit of ribosomes forms a complex on m-RNA which and read the nucleotides on m-RNA molecule as a codon. Each codon codes for particular amino acid and and upon addition of two amino acid they are linked by peptide bond.
