For getting this plan on road, We will have to recruit following kind of persons:-
1. Tender personnel - we would need an employee who know better about tenders and its terms and conditions, who will be helping in finding out the nature of Ambulance tender we wants to possess, This candidate may be a person who has done his graduation in commerce and have degree of Bachelor of Business administrations. This employee will be helping us in fulfilling all the necessary conditions needs to be fulfilled to file the private tender i.e. Licence, documentation etc.
2. Operations personnel - We will be needing an employee who has the knowledge of operations of this business (kind of) like how to setup and install the equipment which will be required to operate the business i.e. Dialler, Computer, GPS, etc., This candidate will be having degree of MBA and Bachelor in Information technology.
3. Driver and paramedic - We will need three drivers (for three shifts of 8 hours) to drive the Ambulance, who must be a professional driver with heavy motor vehicle license, Further, we need three paramedics (for three shifts of 8 hours) who has the knowledge similar to a doctor who can treat the patient initially up to the transfer of patient to the hospital, this candidate can be a person has dropped MBBS or a compounder or who has a certification of nursing and medical academy.
4. Accountant - We will also need an accountant to deal with all the accounts, inventory related aspects, this candidate can be a person having done his graduate as Bachelor of commerce.
