Thordtein veblen- Habit of thoughts accepted in society by different classes
John Commons - entity made of collective action and conflicting interests in economy
J. Fagg- prescribed pattern of correlated behaviour based on habit.

All three scholars have defined institutional definitions and bottomline similarity includes the mention of habit as means of institution.
