Nurses have many role in clinical setting.she is asked to take care of the patient in various aspects such as physical needs,prevent his sickness,and provide treatment.she should be a good observer inorder to do this.she should monitor her patients conditions and record it properly.so that it will help to take decisions about treatment.she should act as an advocate for patient.she should stand with him always and give advices to get rid of the situation.she should be a counselor for him .patient should feel free to share his problems if they have good interpersonal relationships.she should give proper knowledge about how to manage his illness and advantages of present treatment.
while working in a clinical area a student nurse will learn how to become a competitor in this field.student nurse can observe many things in clinical setting.they may introduced with different type of patients with various diagnosis.they will get chance to work in different departments with many people.this will help them to enhance their knowledge about the disease condition and how to manage it.moreover,they can practice the procedure which they have studied in theory class room.They will get more knowledge about health conditions from their colleagues such as doctors.they become capable to manage emergency situations if they get appropriate training in clinical area.their nursing skill can be improved when they work with people who are experienced in clinical area.
