If we take an example of a business organisation,the most difficult challenge is to face the changing trend in the market. Nowadays many trends and fashion keep on changing from time to time. Thus, business organisation has to be aware and alert all the time so that they can satisfy the customers needs and requirements.It has become very important nowadays to satisfy the consumers as it is helpful to business in earning profits and make good reputation in the market.

Another difficult challenge is facing todays competition.At present,competition has increased very much therefore business organisation need to make themselves capable enough so that they can give a tough competition to the other competitors.Competition has made business organisation to think more and more about the betterment of their business because every business wants that it should be able to attract more and more customers.
