Amazon has launched a great marketing initiative to provide a better marketing experience to target customers. The company has launched a voice-support customer facility through a mobile application and mobile gadget. The name of the free voice support is Alexa. The target audience can quickly get free voice support from the amazon team using Alexa's application or Alexa gadget. The Alexa core customer team has stated that Alexa has advanced the innovative and ground-breaking experience of its target customers. The virtual assistant has become a helping hand for industries across the country, providing various kinds of voice support to get a better consumer experience.

Things that went right are as follows:

• The easiest way for the consumer to get any information

• A most effective way to reach the customer support team of Amazon

• Most updated voice support feature that has leveraged customers with an innovative experience.

Things that went wrong are as follows:

• The use of Alexa is complicated

• A large number of competitors like Apple Inc and Google Inc

• All the features of Alexa is still not available in the market

It can be better if it is updated into multilingual support and human-emotion support. It can enhance the consumer experience to a greater extent.
